TC Schedule

TC Schedule is an intuitive application specifically crafted for traffic controllers and team leaders engaged with coordinating transportation management operations. The core purpose of this app is to streamline shift management and documentation processes, seamlessly integrating with the associated TC Schedule office system.

The app ensures users receive immediate push notifications alerting them to upcoming assignments, effectively replacing conventional SMS messages and helping to ensure they are promptly informed. Upon receiving a shift notification, users have the flexibility to accept or decline it directly through TC Schedule. Should they accept, they gain access to comprehensive details of the shift, such as the roster of fellow traffic controllers, vehicle and arrow board allocations, as well as relevant documents for the shift.

For those with the added responsibility of a team leader, the platform offers advanced functionalities. Team leaders can create and fill in dockets with ease, capturing vital information like the working hours of each traffic controller and notes on any After Care items along with their collection dates. The approval process is also well managed within the system, facilitating a seamless transfer to the site supervisor for review, input of approval, and digital sign-off. Once approved, the data is securely transmitted back to the office system.

Furthermore, emails with a PDF of the signed docket are dispatched to key contacts, including the office accounts team, the client, and, if desired, the site supervisor, ensuring that all stakeholders have a record of the transaction.
